Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data collected through lincolnvisa.com, operated by Lincoln Visa Group LLC ("Lincoln Visa Group", "we"), is processed.
By sending us data through this site you acknowledge that you have read the practices described here. The legal bases for processing and your rights are set out in detail in the Data Protection Notice.
Data we collect
Through the contact form: full name, e-mail address, telephone number, the subject you select and your message.
Collected automatically for technical reasons: IP address, browser and device information (user agent) and the time of the request. These are retained solely for security, abuse detection and debugging.
If a consultancy relationship is established, the passport, travel and financial documents required to deliver the service are processed separately and only when you send them to us.
Purposes of processing
Assessing your enquiry, responding to you and delivering the consultancy service.
Measuring service quality, maintaining internal records and meeting our legal obligations.
Protecting the security of the site and preventing automated or malicious form submissions.
Sharing your data
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
To deliver the service we work with a limited set of suppliers: our hosting provider and our transactional e-mail provider. These providers process data only on our instructions.
Where a competent public authority makes a lawful request, disclosure may be made to the extent required by law.
International transfers
Within our hosting and e-mail delivery arrangements, your data may be processed on servers located outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, on the basis of your explicit consent or appropriate safeguards.
Retention periods
Contact form records are kept for a maximum of 24 months, taking into account the assessment of your enquiry and the burden of proof in any dispute.
Technical records such as IP address and browser information are kept for a maximum of 90 days and deleted at the end of that period.
Where a consultancy relationship is established, the retention periods arising from applicable legislation (for example commercial bookkeeping obligations) apply.
Security measures
Site traffic is encrypted with TLS. Form submissions are protected by CSRF verification and rate limiting. Database access is confined to parameterised queries.
Access rights are granted on a need-to-know basis and our personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations.
No transmission method is 100% secure. Please send sensitive documents such as passports only through channels agreed with you.
Your rights
To exercise your rights, write to info@lincolnvisa.com. Requests are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
