We book your appointment, run the mock interview for US applications and stay with you through to the outcome.
FAQ
No. The visa decision rests solely with the consular officer of the country concerned, and no consultancy can guarantee the outcome. Our responsibility is to prepare your application as accurately and completely as possible and to manage the process professionally.
Yes. Official fees paid to the consulate or application centre are separate from our service fee and are paid directly to that institution. We show both items separately on the package pages.
Yes. We assess the previous refusal grounds, what has changed in your circumstances and any new situation created by the refusal, then build a strategy for the new application accordingly.
It depends on the country, the visa type, consular appointment availability and how prepared your file is. After the initial assessment we share a realistic timeframe specific to your case.
The US process is interview-led; consistency and delivery at the consular interview are decisive. The UK process is document-led; the decision is largely made on the file you submit. Our preparation therefore differs for each.
The process can be run entirely online, with meetings by phone or video call. In-person meetings at our office can also be arranged on request.
The main difference is the period for which the visa is valid. A long-term visitor visa may allow multiple trips during its validity period. However, the visa’s validity does not mean that you can remain in the United Kingdom continuously for that entire period. Each application is assessed on its own circumstances.
UK Standard Visitor visas are available for 6 months, 2 years, 5 years and 10 years. Although applicants may apply directly for a long-term visa, we generally recommend starting with a 6-month visa and progressing to 2-year, 5-year and 10-year visas in subsequent applications. This sequence is not mandatory. The appropriate visa duration may be reassessed based on the applicant’s travel history, frequency and purpose of travel to the United Kingdom, professional and financial circumstances, and overall application profile.
Depending on your service package, appointment availability can be monitored and the necessary checks carried out for earlier dates. However, the release of new appointments and their availability depend entirely on the official appointment system.
Yes. Depending on your service package, we provide interview preparation based on your application and personal profile. The aim is not to create memorised answers, but to prepare you for the actual interview so that you can communicate the information in your application accurately, clearly and consistently.
Yes. Form completion, document preparation, file review and consultancy for US and UK visa applications can be handled online. However, applicants must attend certain stages in person. For a US visa, you must attend the interview at the US Embassy or Consulate. For a UK visa, you must attend an authorised visa application centre to provide biometric information on the appointment date. Apart from these stages, you can complete the application preparation process remotely and online with Lincoln Visa Group.
