Personal data processed
Identity and contact data: full name, e-mail address, telephone number.
Enquiry data: the subject you select and your message; where provided by you, your purpose of travel, planned dates and previous application history.
Transaction security data: IP address, browser/device information, time of request.

Receiving and assessing your enquiry and responding to you.
Planning and delivering the consultancy service and, where a contract is formed, performing it.
Ensuring information security and preventing unlawful and automated access.
Meeting legal obligations and evidencing matters in any dispute.
Legal bases
Data you submit through the contact form is processed on the basis of your explicit consent under KVKK Article 5(1). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Where a contract is formed, data directly related to its formation or performance is processed under Article 5(2)(c); data processed to meet legal obligations under Article 5(2)(ç); and transaction security records under the legitimate interest basis in Article 5(2)(f).
Method of collection
Data is collected by partly automated and non-automated means through the contact form on our website, e-mail, telephone and the documents you send us.
Recipients
Transferred to our hosting and transactional e-mail providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
Where the mock interview service is delivered as part of a US application, data may be shared with the licensed visa attorney we work with, only with your approval and only for the purpose of conducting that session.
Disclosed to competent public authorities and judicial bodies to the extent required by law upon a lawful request.
Any transfer abroad is carried out in accordance with the conditions in KVKK Article 9.
Retention period
Contact form records are kept for a maximum of 24 months and transaction security records for a maximum of 90 days. At the end of the period data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights (KVKK Article 11)
To learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, to request information about it.
To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose, and to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad.
To request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data and, where the conditions are met, erasure or destruction, and to request that such action be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
To object where an outcome adverse to you arises from analysis carried out solely by automated systems.
To claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing.

Send requests concerning your rights to info@lincolnvisa.com or in writing to 9330 LBJ Freeway Ste 900, Dallas, TX 75243. Your request is concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. Where the action entails a cost, the fee in the Board’s tariff may be charged.
