What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files saved to your browser by the websites you visit. They are used to make the site work, to remember your preferences and to measure how the site is used.
Strictly necessary cookies
Session cookie (lvg_session): required for form security (CSRF protection), your language preference and the client portal session. Deleted when you close your browser.
Cookie choice (lvg_consent): remembers for 6 months whether you accepted analytics cookies.
These cookies are required for the site to work; they do not depend on your consent and are not used for advertising or profiling.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): the _ga and _ga_THM11V02VC cookies, 13 months. Used to measure which pages are visited, time spent on them, links and buttons clicked, form steps, traffic source, device and browser type and approximate location (country/city). Google Analytics does not log IP addresses.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): the _clck (1 year) and _clsk (1 day) cookies. On the public website pages only, it builds heatmaps and masked session recordings from clicks and scrolling. What you type into form fields is not recorded; Clarity does not run on the client portal or account pages.
Names, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, message content and application details are never sent to these services. If you are signed in to the client portal, an irreversible pseudonymous identifier derived from your account is used to connect your visits across devices.
Before or without your consent
We use Google’s Consent Mode: without your consent no analytics cookie is stored or read on your browser. Google receives only cookieless measurement signals (technical information such as the page visited, the time, the browser type and your consent status).
These signals are not used to identify you or to link your visits together; Google may use them only to estimate aggregate visitor statistics. Microsoft Clarity does not run at all without your consent.
Cookies we do not use
This site uses no advertising, remarketing or social media tracking cookies or pixels. Google’s advertising storage and personalisation permissions are always switched off.
Managing your cookie preferences
You can accept or reject analytics cookies in the notice shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site; when you withdraw consent, the analytics cookies are deleted.
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, features such as the contact form and the client portal will not work.
International transfers
Google and Microsoft may process analytics data on servers outside Türkiye, including in the United States. Such transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law.
