General principle
Cancellation and refund requests are assessed on whether performance has begun and which stages have been performed. Send your request to info@lincolnvisa.com.
Before performance begins
If performance has not yet begun, the service fee you paid is refunded in full with no deduction.
After performance has begun
For cancellations after performance has begun, the value of the stages actually completed up to that date is set off and the balance refunded.
In calculating the set-off, the completed stages (eligibility assessment, application form preparation, appointment booking, mock interview, etc.) and any non-recoverable payments already made to third parties are taken into account.
Official fees
Fees and charges already paid to a consulate, embassy or application centre cannot be refunded by the Service Provider. Refund of those amounts is subject solely to the rules of the institution concerned.
Refusal of the application
Because a refusal does not mean the service was not performed, a refusal alone does not create a right to a refund. Where it is established that the refusal resulted from fault on the part of the Service Provider, the general provisions of law apply.
Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are made within fourteen days of approval, by the same method and to the same account as the original payment.
For card payments, the time for the amount to appear on the card depends on the processing time of the relevant bank.
Client fault
Where the service cannot be performed because the Client fails to attend an appointment, does not provide documents within a reasonable period or provides inaccurate information, the value of the stages performed is not refunded.
