Scope and fee
The scope of the purchased package is the package content shown to and approved by the Client at the time of order. Requests outside that scope are subject to separate agreement.
The service fee is the amount stated on the relevant package page and is shown inclusive of VAT.
Official and third-party payments such as consular fees, visa fees, application centre service charges, biometrics and priority processing charges are not included in the service fee. These are paid directly to the institution concerned and the Service Provider has no authority over those amounts.
Payment
Payment is made by the methods offered at the time of order. Performance does not begin before payment is completed.
Card payments are processed through the infrastructure of the payment institution; card details are not stored by the Service Provider.
Performance period and Client obligations
Performance begins when the Client provides the required information and documents in full. Where documents are delayed, the performance period is extended accordingly.
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents provided. Adverse outcomes caused by inaccurate or incomplete information are not the responsibility of the Service Provider.
Provision on the appointment commitment
For packages that include an appointment-timing commitment, this section defines the scope of that commitment, the circumstances in which it does not apply (force majeure, closure of the consular calendar, delay by the Client in providing documents, etc.) and the remedy applied if it is not met (partial refund, package upgrade, etc.).
This section is to be finalised with legal counsel before launch.
No guarantee of outcome
The Service Provider gives no undertaking that a visa application will be successful. The visa decision rests solely with the competent authority of the country concerned. A refusal does not mean the service was not properly performed.
Right of withdrawal
The Client has the right to withdraw within fourteen days of the conclusion of the contract without giving reasons.
Under Article 15(1)(h) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun, with the Client’s approval, before the withdrawal period expires. Accordingly, if you request early commencement of performance, that request and its consequence are separately confirmed at the time of order.
Notice of withdrawal may be sent to info@lincolnvisa.com.
Dispute resolution
The Client may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.
